WHERE TO APPLY
Schedule an application appointment at the center most convenient for you. That may be the center near your home, your work or your school. For the list of center addresses click here.
You may have your child on only one center wait list at a time. It is important to choose a center that will be the best fit for you and your child. It is very important for your child to attend their center every day once enrolled, so consider the location of the center, hours of services, the availability of aftercare, and the possibility of transportation to and from the center. More information on the center pages is found by clicking here.
Once you pick a center, call and schedule an appointment. When you speak to a center representative, they will give you a list of the items to bring to complete the application. The basics are proof of income – this may be your current income or income from the previous year, documentation of your child’s age, your photo ID, your child’s medical card or proof of health insurance, and any custody paperwork, if applicable. If you have additional questions or concerns regarding the application or enrollment, feel free to contact our Parent, Family, and Community Engagement team.
